Festival of Learning launch speech by Curtin University Vice Chancellor Professor Debbie Terry
Curtin University announced plans to reach one million learners globally by 2017 through redesigning the way it delivers education. The official launch of Curtin's Learning for Tomorrow strategy was held on 12 March 2014. In this video Vice Chancellor Professor Debbie Terry explains the University-wide strategy.

    Festival of Learning 2014 highlights
    Curtin University held a Festival of Learning, 10-12 March 2014, to showcase innovation in teaching and learning and officially announce its plans to reach one million global learners by 2017. See highlights of the hands-on expo in the Guild Courtyard.

    Three dimensional gaming in education
    Curtin Business School lecturer Torsten Reiners demonstrated his work with 3D virtual worlds as part of Curtin University's Festival of Learning in March 2014. This technology has applications in all areas of education and will be invaluable in Curtin's plans to make its educational expertise available to students anywhere in the world.
