Think about one of the most powerful learning experiences of your life. This would be something you learned that has stuck with you for your whole life: and a time when you were fully engaged and thrilled to be learning. What made that experience highly engaging? The Learning Engagement Team is working with faculties to make every learning experience they offer as compelling and engaging as possible through five strategies:

  1. Personalisation & Support that adapts to students & requires their decisions
  2. Activities that require higher order thinking, problem solving, and creativity
  3. Resources that are multimodal, with some constructed by students
  4. Collaboration that is anytime, anyplace & culturally and globally diverse
  5. Feedback that is timely, specific, oriented toward performance-improvement
