Role of an LMS officer and Unit Coordinators
The role of the LMS Officer is to assist Unit Coordinators administer their Blackboard unit.
In preparation for new semesters LMS Officers and Unit Coordinators play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy of data for OLAS/Blackboard. They are also required to ensure that the management of staff and student enrolment through OLAS is accurate throughout the semester.

- LMS Officers have “Super-User” OLAS access to their areas, allowing them to see all units created under the school(s) they have access to. They are required to check units for accuracy well before study periods commence.
- Unit Coordinators are able to view all their Units in OLAS and are able to make administrative changes.
