Mentoring is used in many different discipline areas at Curtin University to assist student learning and to support the broad community of learning practice for students and staff. This paper explores aspects of how different mentoring relationships are used in the broad community of learning practice at Curtin University to foster collaboration and lifelong learning approaches through authentic experiences in multi-layered contextualised activities.
